Nursing bras

Sure is overwhelming how many choices there are!

What is your favorite nursing bra and why?

I'm slim, but large breasted and looking for an organic nursing bra that is supportive & comfortable.

Any suggestions?

Also, any general advice as far as nursing bras go?

Thanks!

no bra!  Glamourmom nursing tops (not tank, the top has an easier hook) all the way.  I wear one every day, under my clothes - totally comfortable, tummy coverage (and control), and great to wear at night too.

I really like the Bravado Body Silk Seamless Nursing Bra.  I wear mostly t-shirts, and this has pads in it so it's seamless (as the description would imply!), and it's super-comfy.  It also comes in S, M, and L, so you can wear it at the end of your pregnancy if you don't want to buy a larger bra to accomodate the growing breasts and belly, and it will still work for nursing.  It's not organic though, as far as I know.  I also really like the Bravado tanks.

I'm slim but large-ish busted too (32 D when not pg) so I have always found buying bras in regular stores challenging. I really like the website BreakoutBras.com - they have every kind of nursing bra/cami you could want, a whole section for large bust bras with band sizes from very small to very large, they have a great section on how to measure yourself, and they have decent customer service. I have also bought a nursing bra from Decent Exposures. It's not my favorite bra, but it's very supportive and you can really pretty much design your own and they have the best customer service ever. For sleeping, I love the Bravado original. It's just not supportive enough for me for daytime use. Also, it's a slip-over-your-head-type bra, which eventually stretches out a lot.

Good luck!
