Yes, that's the Singlar crib from Ikea and the mattress is from there as well.  I'm not sure which mattress it is but it was in the $75 range and seems very nice.  From my research back when we were buying our bed Ikea mattresses are a good choice if you can't swing one of the super nice organic beds.  

We drilled new holes for the height but other than that it was an easy set-up - even if the crib is a little bigger than I imagined it would be.
