Surviving Seasonal Allergies while Breastfeeding...

I'm hoping someone can give me a natural suggestion for how to control my god-awful seasonal allergies.  In the past, I've usually taken loratidine (or a loratidine-D when they got unbearable).  Last spring, when I was pregnant, I obviously didn't take any of the loratidine-D and only used loratidine on really bad days...but being pregnant also seemed to protect me from the worst of my reactions.

I don't want to take loratidine this spring b/c I'm nursing my 6.5 month old and am afraid it will negatively impact my supply.  Any mamas on here BTDT with controlling their seasonal allergies while nursing?

Thanks!

Vitamin c

Magnesium - citrate or glycinate

Nettles infusion

Bioallers homeopathic formulas

Local raw honey

Neti pot/sinus irrigation

Probiotics

Lots you can do. Nettles infusion helps me the most as long as I drink 2-4 cups every day.

Facial massage and nasal saline saved the day for me.  Good luck!
