Just found out I am pregnant with my 5th baby. My most recent little man is about to turn 1 in a few weeks. I have decided to wean him from nursing. I know it's perfectly safe to nurse while pregnant, but I am beyond ready. He is walking and has too many teeth! He likes to bite, and only nurses to fall asleep. He has been fine taking naps in the day without nursing but night time is VERY difficult. He throws hour long tantrums at 2 and 3 am. I do let him nurse at 8 or 9pm for bedtime, but in the middle of the night NO MORE. What can I do? Will this pass? Will he be traumatized? I never had this much trouble weaning my other boys, they went right to bottle feeding on cows milk with no trouble at all! Any suggestions are MORE than welcome!
