This is so true! I have been able to get a $40 case of disposables for around $10. A single case of size 1 would get almost any baby through the tiny stage and fitting well into one size pockets/fitteds.

I'm in the camp that does not want diaper laundry while adjusting to having the new baby. Love cloth for after that, tho.

Also, disposable diapers can be purchased for dirt cheap.  Amazon has a huge promotion that is ending on 3/31 (coupons, subscribe and save, and Amazon Mom) and other retailers (CVS, Walgreens) have great deals from time-to-time.  I like CDing, but I would definitely use sposies for the first month until I made the transition from 2-3 children.

Hands down a dishwasher!!!!!  There would be no question for me!  Even when I didn't have a dishwasher I still used CD's...Loved washing them & hanging them out to dry & using them!  Would do it again in a heartbeat.  I was lost without my dishwasher when it needed repair!

DISHWASHER.  I am currently on my third time as an adult without one and it is painful.  I currently also have to have kiddo in sposies because of a terrible rash she gets after a short while in cloth that I can only attribute at this point to a very strong sensitivity to wet cloth on skin (I have really sensitive skin too) and I don't miss cloth the way I miss my dishwasher.  Sure, I love cloth and all the pros of using it but not having a dishwasher makes life much harder than using sposies does.  MUCH harder.  probably kind of pathetic how difficult things are for me if I have to hand wash dishes.
