Wow, what am amazing collection of beautiful photos!

Two questions while I start looking through my pictures, just want to double check.

1) Submitting photos gives Mothering the right to use them, not the rights to them, correct?

2) Is there going to be any way of finding out if one of your photos get used? I understand if not, just checking

So one question I have is about the size of the photos 300 x 300.  I was cropping my photos, although I did post a few that I didn't think would crop well.  Are you wanting square photos?

Yes, submitting photos gives Mothering the right to use them only. Mothering will not hold the rights to your photos. 

I'm not sure about being notified of photo use. Right now our intent is to use them on the homepage of the community www.mothering.com/community but we're changing content daily so you'd have to check there every day to see the latest photos being featured. I'll pass on your suggestion that you be notified of photo use but no guarantees.

Our largest image space for our intended use is 300x300. We also have a smaller, more rectangle space 200x150 that we'll crop images to fit for that. So yours will probably work there well. :)
