Can I get a review on Chalk Cloth?

Does it last? Is it really reuseable? Any brands better than another? Does it fray?  I'm wanting to make some reuseable banners with cc on one side, and quilting cotton on the other. I was thinking of ordering from fabric.com

I purchased a few yards several years ago to make roll-up chalk mats.  It does work.  You have to season it before use, just in case Fabric.com doesn't mention that.  It doesn't fray, and it's not difficult to cut or sew, but it is awfully heavy for a banner.  At least the stuff I have from a coop is heavy.

ETA: We had ours out yesterday. It may not be too heavy, I guess I just can't picture how it would hang. It's sort of stiff. But it does come nice and clean after use.

I am thinking of buying some too, this was helpful!  I was worried it wouldn't wipe clean well.

We have the chalk cloth and a Little Tykes easel w/ chalkboard. The chalk cloth cleans much better than the plastic they use for a chalkboard on the easel. That stuff never gets all the way clean, and chalk dust sticks to it everywhere.
