I had a dozen orange-edge GMDs for DD, and they didn't work well, in that she screamed as soon as she was wet and her bum got very red using these. We ended up using the many (ugh) packages of sposies that were given to us until she fit into some BG 3.0 OS. So, I sold my GMDs and Thirsties/BSWW XS covers on Craigslist.
So...for this upcoming baby I am all set with SM, M, L and OS dipes. I only have 6 XS AIOs. I am so unsure about getting more prefolds, but I've spent quite a bit on the rest of my stash, and so I think the super cute newborn fitteds like Kissaluvs 0s, etc, are not an option. I've been thinking about using Earth's Best sposies until our little guy fits into our smalls, but I also kind of wanted to be successful at doing cloth from the beginning.
Is it worth it to try the GMDs again? I worry my husband will see the stack and wonder...hmm, didn't we sell these? And we REBOUGHT them again?!?
