Clomid didn't work...now on to Injectibles

So...the Clomid didn't work at 100 mg. and it didn't work at 150 mg.  The doctor wants to move on to injectible medications and and IUI.  So, we are probably going to do this.  My question is this...how much meds did you need?  I have to do Follisitim or something like that.  They said I would go through 2-3 cartridges a cycle and each cartridge has 300 ampules (?).  I just have no idea what the dosing of this is...

I don't know much about the details of injects but I feel like clomid is starting to fail me so  I'm prepping myself for that stage. Just know that we're here for you.

Hi,

I am in the tww of my first injectable cycle. I used follistim, ganerilix, and ovidrel. I think the amount that you will take of the follistim depends on how your body reacts to it. My Re had me use 150 ml per night for 10 nights. I have a friend who is also on follistim and her RE had her do 75 ml for the first few nights then when she had her u/s the RE didn't think her follies were plumping up fast enough so for the last 5 nights he had her take 150 ml. I ice the site before I give the injection...and it isn't painful at all.
