Breech Twins

Hello to everyone!

I am having twins and this is my first pregnancy. I am now passing throught the 31st week and the latest ultrasound says that both of my babies are in breech position. Doctors said be prepared for operation  but I am bit scared of it. Is there any solution or suggestions to change the babies position and have normal delivery?

I do not have experience with it myself, but two friends with twins had a similar scenario.  One was able to get them to turn prior to delivery using acupuncture (I think she saw a chiropractor too).  The other friend had a head down twin and frank breech twin, which she delivered naturally.  The head down twin came first, and apparently because of the babies' size and the fact that baby 2 was frank breech made her a candidate for a natural delivery as opposed to c-section.

I second the recommendation for chiro adjustment--find a practitioner who's trained in Webster technique (you can find one here). Acupuncture might also help. And do you know about optimal fetal positioning/Spinning Babies? There are various posture/positioning practices you can work on to encourage babies to get in the best position: here and here .
