i am using above over-the-counter-medication to soothe my pms.
it works great - all my pms-related pain is gone within a short time. unfortunately also my menstrual bleeding is much less than usual when i take it.
is this dangerous? do you have similar experiences with this herb? (the main ingredients are cramp bark extract + ginger)
