So far, Cecilia has had much more sleep at night since we went to one nap. Last night she was up from 1-2:30 am which sucked, but she still slept a solid 12 hours-- 5.5 before that wakeup and 6.5 after. So I think that as we get into a better routine, it's just going to be much nicer at night. She generally slept maybe 7-8 hours at night before, if we were lucky.

edit: I'm editing this post because OH MY GOD, two days in a row, she has taken 40 minute naps and that is IS. I'm now terrified that I'm not going to get a daytime break at all anymore, and I guess that's the trade off for good nighttime sleeping. Sigh...

That's why yesterday's 7:30 bedtime freaked me out. Tonight we're probably going the same route. Pray for me that it's as solid a night's sleep as last night!
