Welcome to the One Thread for the first week of Spring! joy.gif Hopefully we get some BFPs to go with the most fertile time of year in nature. Let me know if anyone needs to be moved!

justkate and sithladyfred: I didn't see any formal requests from you guys last thread. Shall I add you to the roster? Let me know what section you want to go under.

Sourire: Awesome fortune! Enjoy yourself and bring lots of pictures.

Shelley71: I added your chart! Looking good so far!

WildDoula: Welcome! I added you to the roster. I hope this is it for you!

cbaa: Saw your post in TTC in our 20's....does this mean I can move you to Waiting to O?? :-)

Do I have any cycle buddies? I am 3DPO today.

I just wanted to chime in on the implantation dip.

Last month was the first time I'd temped. I woke up 5 or 6DPO with a terrible temp dip. I thought it was a fluke. Then they jumped back up and stayed that way. It was definitely an implantation dip. You're more than welcome to creep my chart.

How's everyone else doing?

I'm going to try and temp through ovulation this cycle. We'll see how it goes. Normally when I try, my sleep gets all screwed up, and I end up with a crazy set of temps. LOL

Everybody think Fertile Thoughts!

AF is due tomorrow, so we'll see how this goes! Not testing until I KNOW that I'm late, God grant me patience.

Thanks for the advice regarding my temps that FF wasn't liking! I didn't realise it was so picky about the times. Oddly, it seemed to keep the one time that I temped earlier and threw out the rest. Ah well, guess I can't expect much from my first chart. I'm new at this, but hopefully with your help I can get it right! I'm on CD7 and AF is still on her way out. What a boring time...however, I'll be able to check back in tomorrow with news of mine and DH's test results to see what the holdup is!

Also, my mom is sending me a BBT thermometer from the States. My last 3 temps have been the exact same temperature, and FF had this to say:

Why am I getting "flat" temperatures?

If your temperatures seem to be around the same level all the time, the culprit is usually your thermometer. Even when you are taking your temperature at the same time, following all the guidelines, there is usually some fluctuation in temperatures.

So I asked her to send me one and it will be here within the week hopefully. Yay! biggrinbounce.gif

We are ntnp, because DH feels pressured if we are trying.  Please add me to Waiting to Know, I am down to the 1 week wait.  I have very short cycles, but sometimes they aren't as short, so I am waiting to see what happens this week.  AF could show up any day, but if she doesn't, I will be testing Sat or Sun.

ps. Just realised that you're from AZ WildDoula! All of my family (besides my mom) lives there, so I visit every time I'm in the country! And Stevi, I grew up 1.5 hours out of Vegas. You're probably like yeah...so? But for some strange reason this really makes me happy. I guess living in Australia I've gotten used to not knowing anyone who knows where I'm from, or where Arizona is located on a map...although, everyone knows where Vegas is lol!

Welcome halomancer! I've added you to the roster. Do you chart? Good luck this week! P.S. My husband doesn't like "trying" so I just don't tell him when ovulation time is here!

I cleaned up the list and deleted anyone who hasn't posted to a One thread in a month. If you want to be added back, just holla!

Tantylynn...   Yeah? Where are you from exactly? I bet I've been there. I've lived in the AZ/CA/NV area since I was 10. :) I have often thought of moving to Australia, mostly when Bush was president. :D I cannot tell you how much I would love to have your health care!!!

Hey ladies! Can I just say this is one of my favorite sites/threads??? You guys are so helpful and kind. Some of the other sites I joined are so slow! I just love it here! Ok, enough gushing......  joy.gif

Well.......my temp went way back up today. I'm really not getting my hopes up, and I really mean that. I'm so frustrated about the uncertain O date and all the temping that I've just decided that this is not my cycle. If it turns out to be, then great. If not, I am more prepared for next time and I'm thinking of that in a positive manner. I'm also having no symptoms except some twinging, but it's only 6dpo too and I know not everyone gets symptoms. So, we will see next week. I think I might test Thursday because I'm taking off work for a Drs appt (not TTC related).

Gemmine: Thanks for adding me!

How is everyone else doing??

i am a very inconsistant poster, but have been around mdc for years.

we weren't preventing for the last year, but "official" ttc has been the last few months.

i had very irregular periods, and no ovulation at all, that i could tell.

i started taking vitex a month ago, and am having regular periods!

i started charting at the beginning of the month, and things look good so far.

i have been charting on fertility friend, but don't know how to post the link here.

i could really use a ttc mentor! most of my friends are young single people, or a few moms, most of whom have never ttc.

so this is my second introductory post, and i am gonna try to stay posting now.

Welcome bremen! What section do you want me to add you under? Waiting to O or Waiting to Know?

To share your chart, go to the Sharing tab on FF at the top, then click Setup, and you'll see the link to your chart to share. Post it here and I'll add it next to your name! Let me know.

Can I be added to WTF Is Going on?

I'm on my 3rd PP cycle and I have no clue whats going on. I started soy and temping this month along with my B complex and EPO. I don't think I was ovulating before, so I need to figure that out. I'm still nursing my 14mo DD and don't plan on weaning anytime soon, so hoping that the soy will kick things into gear.

Thanks!

Where are you from? I'm in North Phoenix, and have lived here my entire life, I know the area well as a result. ROTFLMAO.gif

Good luck and baby dust to everyone waiting this week! It's gonna be tough for me, but I'm gonna try to wait until at least Thursday to test, assuming no AF. praying.gif What's everyone else's plans?

rah0315: Welcome! I added you. Do you chart on Fertility Friend?

WildDoula: I probably won't test until the end of the month, MAYBE 13DPO. My temps usually drop at 11-12DPO so if I make it to that point and they're high, I'll test. I'd only test earlier if I got something that looked like an implantation dip or if I started feeling non-PMS symptoms.

Gemmime: I'm convinced and very nervous. You can add me to waiting to o , I am still kind of hesitant to say we are trying right now, as who knows what will happen as I get closer to O, and also I'm hesitant that I'll be so hurt when we do try and it still doesn't work. I'm so jealous of you all in the 2ww, I wish that I was there! My fingers and toes are crossed for you!

Welcome again Breman, and welcome halomancer and rah-- You will love it here, this is a wonderful, supportive and hopeful group of women.

I feel out of the loop not being from the southwest & I would love a bit of your warm air to make it to my neck of the woods up here in Boston, any New Englanders out there??

I'm popping back in here after lurking for several weeks.  I finally got my period after it was a week late, and the one before that only lasted 1 day.  Add several negative tests on top of that and I was one confused mama.  I'm still not sure what was going on since I'm usually pretty regular.  But I'm not going to fret about it.

I'm still not ready to do the temping/charting thing (way too lazy lol), but I do use the ovulation calendar from BabyZone.  Our plan is just to DTD as much as possible and see what happens.  ;)  I am going to buy some Pre-Seed and something to help me produce ECM since I typically don't have it at all (any suggestions on the best thing to use?).

Anyway, you can add me to the Waiting to O list.  :)

I'm from Southern Utah...you've probably driven through my little hometown, most people have but don't realise it haha. I highly recommend Australia as a place to live. I can't tell you how much I love the healthcare system here. What a relief it is to go to the dr when I'm sick etc, without simultaneously worrying what the price tag will be.

My family (dad, brothers, sister and extended fam) all live in Chandler and Mesa. I lived in Chandler for a couple of my teen years too. smile.gif Go DBacks! haha

cbaa: Yay! I moved you. Did I get your chart right?

BubbleMa: I added you, welcome! I'm pretty lazy too but I got sucked into charting and haven't looked back! It's SUPER easy even for us lazy folks. For me, I discovered that the ovulation calculators/calendars online gave me a fertile window but I was still not timing sex correctly. Only charting and knowing exactly when I O has helped me feel more in control. But if you decide to chart we'll definitely stalk you! Oh also I had the same question about EWCM and the ladies here suggested Evening Primrose Oil. I found them in both Whole Foods and HEB (grocery). I have to order some vegetarian ones though. Hopefully I won't need them if my 2WW is successful but if not, I'll get some next month.

If anyone else needs changes I'll do them in the morning. Off to sleep!
