I normally add aloe juice to our green smoothies in the morning, and was doing this for about three weeks after ovulation... I stopped because we ran out ans was talking to a friend about going to the grocery store for some and she said that you shouldn't drink it during pregnancy... I have been googling around and have found lots of conflicting information. Does anyone know anything conclusive, or did anyone drink it during pregnancy? I would love to continue drinking it occasionally, but don't want to if it is considered unsafe.
