Any Londoners wanting to meet?

Hi

I am a single mum to a 2 week old and 21 month old (boys).  I am based in W13 in west london and would love to meetup with other like minded parents in this area, even to set up a regular group etc.

I cant travel far due to the kids being so little but would love to meet any1 interested for walks, chats, playdates with a similar philosophy!

I am co sleeping, BW, gentle discipline etc
