Hypnobirthing-Is it too late?

I will be 41 weeks tomorrow & am hoping to go into labor on my own, but if that doesn't happen, I'll be induced on the 29th at 42 weeks.  I think hypnobirthing would be a good choice for me if I have to be in a hospital setting for the whole experience due to the limitations that come along with an induction.  Sooo, since I don't know much about it, is it too late for me to do this?  What do I buy? TIA!

Hi!

I'm a hypnobirthing advocate... Here is the website http://www.hypnobirthing.com/

It's definitely helpful to practice the techniques beforehand, especially if you've got a partner who can help you relax.  However, if I was in your position I might order this CD and just try to listen to it?  It might help.  If you cram read the book it should help you too... if you had the time.

This is the set of materials I've used:

I'm also taking the class and having my husband read me scripts which is working quite well.  Hope you have a great labor!
