So my mother passed away before my children were born, but now the only person that was like my mother aka their grandmother was my grandmother they were VERY close with her and she just recently passed and im having a hard time figure out what to tell them. how do i explain it? im not very religious and i dont think they understand religion yet either for they are only 3 and 18 months come april. but i got my oldest asking to go to "moms" thats what he called her, and my youngest will get real naughty and through his "na nana na" fits, which means he wants to go see her, and i dont know how to get them to understand that unfortunately we cannot, its hard on me i wanna cry every time they do these things, but i need advice on what to say to them. thanks!

There is a good book, I think it is called "lifetimes". It is hard to talk to kids about this type of thing but I think simple explanations are best. I'm sorry for your loss.
