Looking for guidance re: cell salts for toddler tooth decay

I've been trying to wade through some threads on using cell salts to help early decay but I'm still not entirely clear....

My DD is 14.5 months old and is having some decay/decalcification issues on her top teeth. I have a few questions and I'm hoping someone can help me out!

  1. Is she too young for Calc Fluor (Calcium Fluoride) or Calc Phos (Calcium Phosphate)?
  2. Any recommendations on products for these 2 cell salts? Should I just buy them individually or buy a product that contains both (I saw something at whole foods that had both it in plus some other "stuff" but I can't remember the name of the product).
  3. Are there any possible side effects I should know about?

Any help would be REALLY appreciated!

Those salts are perfectly safe for a young one and I buy them separately and give them daily. The only precaution is if your babe has an issue with dairy, and may have an issue with the lactose in most salts. My kids cannot have dairy and seem to be tolerating the lactose based salts fine.

Thanks! Unfortunately, we are in the process of an elimination diet to deal with some suspected allergies...dairy being one of them. I'm hoping it's not dairy but I will wait and see before trying these then. Are there any that are dairy free??

There are dairy free ones but they cost a bit more. I cannot tolerate dairy so I have to get those for myself. Have you looked into other health dietary changes for teeth healing?

I looked for some dairy free ones today but couldn't see any. What brand do you buy?

No, I haven't looked into other health dietary changes yet. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with the information! With the elimination diet we're on I'm already feeling like we are living some sort of odd experiment and it's actually getting me a bit down! However, I would be interested in learning some more - any suggestions on where to start?

And thank you :)

Cutting out allergens may be enough of a shift to get the teeth and other health changes to get better.

A simple change could be adding in bone broth.
