how should i take these remedies?

i bought all the stuff reccomended by everyone here.

 

my health issues are,

 

fructose intolerance (which causes mineral and vitamin deficiencies)

fibromyalgia

small intestinal bacterial overgrowth

scalp psoriasis

borderline personality disorder

 

i was told to use

 

multivitamin (without artificial stuff)

add dextrose or glucose to my diet

grapefruit seed extract pills

Evening primrose oil pills

probiotics (i have lacto GG pills and i bought yogurt)

Bioplasma cell salts

extra b complex

extra folic acid

and extra c vitamins

 

the c and the multi are gummi's with glucose syrup.

 

i dont want to take thhem all at once or have some lessen the efficacy of the others.

can you suggest or regimen i can follow for 2 weeks or so. i understand i will probably be taking stuff 3 or more times a day.

I am not familiar with all of those supplements, but I can tell you how I divide up my own supps.

 

I keep it as simple as possible and just don't worry about "rules" about when to take what and how and all that stuff. If I only need to take one of something, I take it in the morning. If I need to take more than one, I split it up. I pretty much take all supplements after meals because that's when I remember to take them. I do take flower essences and cell salts between meals because I add them to my water and I mostly drink water between meals. I don't usually drink much WITH meals, but am doing a few ounces of juice right now for powdered Vitamin C and hydrated clay (and I was mixing in some other liquid tinctures).
