my health issues are,

fructose intolerance (which causes mineral and vitamin deficiencies)
fibromyalgia
small intestinal bacterial overgrowth
scalp psoriasis
borderline personality disorder

i was told to use

multivitamin (without artificial stuff)
add dextrose or glucose to my diet
grapefruit seed extract pills
Evening primrose oil pills
probiotics (i have lacto GG pills and i bought yogurt)
Bioplasma cell salts
extra b complex
extra folic acid
and extra c vitamins

the c and the multi are gummi's with glucose syrup.

i dont want to take thhem all at once or have some lessen the efficacy of the others.
can you suggest or regimen i can follow for 2 weeks or so. i understand i will probably be taking stuff 3 or more times a day.
