I've got a top loading Cabrio HE washer. Â I have been really dissatisfied with detergents since I started using this washer (I had a standard washer at my old place- I kept having buildup using Tide HE which one site had reccomended, so I tried dropps detergent and it gave my son burns. Â I bought some rockin green detergent to try, but I realized this washer doesn't have a place for powdered laundry detergent. Â Anyone know if I should just put the powder in the bottom of the washer before starting it? Should I try to dissolve the powder in hot water first and pour that into the liquid soap dispenser? I was really looking forward to testing out this detergent because I've heard good things about it (and the idea of having fresh smelling diapers with those yummy scents they have was tempting).
