Vaginal cyst

I've got a Garthiners cyst, which is apparently a super rare cyst inside a gland that is active during fetal development and is then useless.  It's kind of big, but painless... just kind of there.  My midwife suggested sitz baths, and also sent me to an OB to check if we should do anything about it.  The OB said it's not worth messing with it while I'm pregnant because it would be too painful and bloody, but warned that it might rupture while giving birth.  Anyone have any experience with a cyst "down there" while pregnant? Should I try adding something to my sitz baths?  I'm really hoping that this baby isn't larger than my 2nd (who was 8lbs 13oz) because I can think of few things to take me "out of the zone" like having this cyst rupture, it would probably get so much blood in the tub they wouldn't be able to see anything... it just sounds awful.  I think I'm going to talk to my midwife about trying to encourage baby to come a bit early (I'm 36weeks right now), maybe try blue and black cohash tablets... I'm just really scared about this cyst rupturing.  The OB did say that it would probably just move to the side (thats what happens when my husband and I have sex.. it kind of gets pushed around lol)... but I'm still nervous, I tore with both of my previous births so I can only imagine having the cyst there won't help any.

I am not experienced with cysts while pregnant but I am definatly experienced in vaginal cysts.  I have had one that has come back 7 times and I have to get it drained almost everytime.  They are always painful to me but I know that for most people they aren't.  The times that they ruptured on their own are actually the times when it wasn't painful at all, just relieving.  I am not sure if yours is in the same place I have had mine but maybe you will be lucky and it won't hurt when it ruptures.
