I'm very pregnant with baby #5 and do not want anymore kiddos....i had my mind set on mirena IUD after this baby....but now i'm thinking to go ahead and get my tubes tied. i'm just not so sure about permanent bc. Plus i've heard all sort of side effects from the IUD and from tubes being tied. What is your thoughts on permanent bc and have you had any funky symptoms.....we are long term breast feeders..something I need to keep in mind also!
