Travel and Vaccination

For those of you that selectively vaccinate, which ones would you make sure your child have if you were traveling to Mexico? Just curious, we're still doing research. Our 2.5 year old had all her vax up until 9 months of age when I put a stop to them to finish my research.

I think it might depend a lot on where I was staying & what I was doing there. Staying in a rural home without plumbing is different for me than staying on a resort, KWIM?

Very true. We're staying at a resort :)

Personally, if I were staying on a resort there I would not be likely to do vax differently than I would at home. I would be more cautious about what I ate & drank there than at home though. I guess you might think about how you feel about travel in general, like airport/airplane exposure.

We have raveled there with our no vax kid and I am not up to date on my boosters because I have refused vax for over 25 years for myself. We do not stay in the typical American type resorts when we go to Mexico and I've never been concerned about our vax status and travel there. Right now I'm much more concerned with the drug cartel violence than any vax status.
