I'm feeling decidedly uncreative today, and trying to figure out dinner...

I have a chuck steak in the fridge I defrosted, and no idea what to do with it (is it a braising steak?).

And for veggies, I have a bulb of fennel, a bunch of spinach, a bunch of asparagus, collards, kale, lettuce.Â

And then of course kitchen staples like onions, garlic, tomatoes, etc.Â

Any brilliant thoughts?
