CLO and butter

So I am new to TF, but my fam is ready to dive headfirst in! I have been moody, angry, and not myself since getting pregnant w/DS and am hoping this will help (though we're mainly doing it for overall health and it make sense!). I am online right now, ready to buy CLO. I can rationalize paying 45 for fermented, high vitamin CLO, but the books say it's not much good w/o the high vitamin butter. The butter oil is $60! I just cannot fathom forking over $100 for it all. Are their other alternatives? I use butter now (no marg), and often buy it from the farmer's market, but don't really know where there's is all from and how made. Is that enough? Or, I noticed you can buy it together, does anyone do this?

I'm just so confused and I will pay whatever if it means health, less doc bills, happiness, etc, but would love an alternative.

Oh, and we are on food stamps (yes, that's how "poor" we are), so if stores (WF, TJ, etc) sell the "good" kind of butter, I'd rather get it from them;)

I just watched a video about making your own butter oil if you're interested in trying that.  You would have to invest some money in good quality butter so you might want to compare prices.

Thanks, I'll have to try that. I'm just still not sure where to find the good butter?
