I have to fight the sugar cravings. When dh and I were disputing reality, if you will, I bought a cherry danish and though I *have* shared with the kids, I've probably eaten well over half if not 3/4 of it. But, it was SO good. At least I've stretched it out over a few days... right? That makes it better, yeah? And I'd eat something protein-y first to try to keep the balance.(The balance between feeling guilt and feeling reasonable, of course.) And stuff.
