Is this anaphylaxis?

OK, say you eat something new.  Within seconds your heart starts racing and you feel sweaty and weak, you stomach hurt and you feel very dizzy, nearly fainting (feels like your heart doesn't want to beat any more).  No swelling in mouth or face.  Everything goes away in an hour or so, but you feel weak for a couple more days and have diarrhea a few more days.  I know that's an allergic reaction, but does it qualify as anaphylaxis?  Should I talk to my doctor about it and figure out what to do if it happens again?

Any 2 symptoms count as anaphylaxis- so racing heart/blood pressure changes + digestive upset = anaphylaxis. You need to have an epipen on you at all times, because each subsequent reaction can get worse.

Now I feel so stupid.  I've had those sort of reactions 3 times already to various drugs (and it was worse each time), and I didn't know it's anaphylaxis.  I told my doctor "I couldn't take this drug, I had bad reactions."  She'd say "Oh well, don't take it then.  I'll mark it down that you're allergic."  I didn't tell her the details and she didn't ask.  Somehow I thought anaphylaxis involve swelling and I didn't have swelling.  I guess I should go talk to her about it soon.

I did that the other night with some chips. I got little bumps on my lip but nothing major but I did the racing heart, feel really weird for a bit feeling. I immediately got up and took benadryl. So weird.
