I am going back to vegetarianism again and I want to make sure my family are eating lots of real foods. They will eat meat a couple times a week. I will just fix some they can have as a side dish to their food. I have some fake meat type stuff to keep them happy but i don't want to rely on it too much. I eat eggs and dairy.
