I'm really interested in giving it a shot, but I've never done anything like it. The kids really want to be part of making a scene. It'd probably be a wartime scene because I can fit both kids' interests - soliders/battle strategy and the homestead. That seems a bit hard to start, so I'd love ideas on a smaller-scale scene we can make together to learn. Also - I'd love to make something that doesn't require tons of tools until we decide if we like it.
