Restaurant High Chair Covers

I wouldnt use them at a restaurant, but we just bought this hich chair:

and Id like to make it more comfortable for her, because she really likes to lean back and kinda lounge in it. So, Im not even sure if what Im looking for exists, but I want a comfy, washable, restaurant high chair cover that has harness straps. Does anyone know of a company that makes this? Please, dont suggest that I sew one. Im helpless when it comes to sewing and I am in the process of decluttering and can not bring any more craft stuff into my house. One day I will learn to do awesome stuff like that, but its not this week :). Id love if the thing would work for the grocery cart too, since I cant seem to keep my super skinny baby from standing up in the seat part of the cart. (I do wear her sometimes, but I have to shop for 2 households so Im there for 2 hours at a time.)

Do you have a grocery cart cover? Could you maybe try one of those and see if they work?
