The First Years Urban Booster Car Seat

Anyone have more info on this carseat? It sounds like you can move the harness height without removing the seat, and also use it as a booster without removing the harness? Is this possible? Does anyone know the top slot height?

I haven't seen it in person, but I think yes you can adjust the harness without removing the seat, but no you can't use as it a booster with the harness still attached.  Harness height on a prototype was reported to be 19", but I wouldn't count on it until it hits the shelves and can be independently verified (manufacturers have been known to do some creative measuring).
