The last few months about a week and half before my period I just start to feel like I am losing it! I am pretty sure this is compounded by the fact that each time the girls have just been getting over sickness and I just CANNOT handle the whining and crying anymore!  We also started DD1 on the GAPS diet about a month ago and I am off a lot of things to see what DD2 is reacting to. Trying to feed us all and stay on budget is stressing my out too. Even though I have always cooked from scratch and like to cook it's a lot to handle. I keep yelling and, again, yesterday I just completely lost it and screamed at everyone hysterically then ran into the bathroom and cried. Uuum, that's not really normal or ok for me. SO, what can I do/take to help me handle the stress/balance hormones while I am nursing. I don't want to be a crazy yelling mom and wife. I love my family and I don't want to do this to them. Thank you.
