Pregnancy test with dots instead of a line. Input. PLEASE? :)

So, I dare not be hopeful, but I am late (either by 2 days or by 9... lost count, long story).

I took a dollar tree test, and instead of a line, I saw 6 dots appear arranged in two orderly rows right where the positive test line would be. 

Anyone had any experience similar to mine? I will retest tomorrow morning, but it stinks to wait.

That sounds weird. I've heard of a line looking dotted before, but two rows of dots is weird! Do you mean that the control line in addition to the test line is dotted? Or is there a normal control plus 2 rows of dots? Can you post a pic?

I agree that I wouldn't necessarily trust it, but I would take another test. You don't HAVE to wait until tomorrow. Especially if you're 2 days late! Good luck!

If the control line isn't solid, then the test is faulty or there wasn't enough urine on the strip. Too much or too little can cause problems. After this happened to me a few times (have taken many tests over the years due to a general lack of periods), I started using the "pee in a clean dry cup" method. I never had the problem again, even with cheep tests.

I would definitely retest but I admit I want to see a picture of this dotted test!   Good luck!
