Changing my last name?

I think I want to change my name back to my maiden name.  We're not divorcing yet...but separating.  Does anyone know if this is possible?

i've done it.

you can change your name any time for any reason, and i'm pretty sure retaking your maiden name is even easier than getting a legal name change. contact vital statistics, it's a pretty straightforward process.

May this work.but to change it legally have a word with a lawyer also.

In PA it's part of the divorce process, or rather, a question the lawyer asks if you want to have it done.  It's much easier/cheaper to change it with the divorce than before or after the divorce has been finalized.
