What do you remove eye makeup with?

When I wear mascara I have been washing it off at night with just a regular old kiss my face handsoap.  Around the same time I started doing that I started getting red bumps under my eyes that just won't go away and look horrible.  I'm not 100% sure that this is what is causing the rash because it hasn't affected the rest of my face that way.  However.....is there something better I could use?  Something really simple perhaps?

Just did a search and saw a bunch of recommendations for using olive or coconut oil!  I think I'll try that.  I already use coconut oil as a moisturizer....never thought to use it for washing.  :)

I've tried a bunch of stuff and have found jojoba oil works better than olive or coconut. Its lighter and easier to get off, and works great on eyelashes.

Hmm, I usually just use some gentle lotion on a cotton ball to remove mascara, and that works really well.  I'm wondering based on the red bumps only in your eye area, do you think you might be allergic to that particular mascara?

Maybe I could try a new kind.  It was just a mascara that I got from the natural/organic store here, Huckleberries.  I wonder if they sell another brand too.

A Norwex body cloth, or the makeup one. Just add water, no chemicles, and so great! Norwex is awsome!
