Forgotten stock?

I made some broth from a chicken carcass last week, put it in the fridge to cool, and then promptly forgot about it. greensad.gif

 

It's 5 or 6 days old at this point.  Would you drink it if you boiled it first?  We all have colds now, and it sure would come in handy!

Such a bummer.  I'd have to toss it if it were me.  My Husband on the other hand would eat it.... he eats anything old and stale though headscratch.gif.

He cannot stand to waste anything... even if you really should, KWIM?

Ok... ok.... I stand corrected.  Just texted DH (professional TF cook).  He says no need to boil if your nose doesn't smell any off smell.  Drink away!  Hope you feel better soon.
