PP AF question for professional types

Since having my son (2.5 years ago!  Does that still count as PP?!?)  my periods seem to be clottier.  As in "has more clots."  Like, what seems like lots more clots.

Is this anything to be concerned about?

I developed a DVT while I was pg and had to be on bloodthinners for the duration.  Could this be related?

Could any of this have any effect on my future fertility?
