Do you have a "routine" every cycle? If so, can you share with us? I just started to officially TTC #2, and it took 9 months to TTC #1 (didn't happen until I gave up the routine though LOL). Here is what I've decided to do this time:

Take:
1600mg Maca daily to help regulate/shorten my cycles (they tend to be as long as 35+ days otherwise)
prenatal vitamin
50mg B-6

Do:
BBT every morning (*attempt* to at least since I'm nursing and cosleeping with my 2-year-old)
cheapie OPKs until I get a "surge" and then ALSO use Clearblue Easy digital OPKs
check CM & CP daily & track that as well as other "cycle symptoms"
try to DTD at least every other day for a week on either side of ovulation if possible (like the "Sperm Meets Egg Plan")

Any other suggestions? What do YOU do/plan on doing? What seems to help a lot?
