Kombucha while pregnant?

Hi All!

 

Just wondering if it's safe to drink Kombucha while pregnant. I was drinking it before I conceived, I know there is alcohol in it, so that's why I was worried.

Everything I had read has always said that if you were drinking it before it's fine to continue.  The alcohol content is very low.

I drink it daily... we're talking about less than 1% alcohol if any is present at all. I say drink away!
