Book suggestions for siblings on "how baby is born"?

My first two children are exactly 3 yrs apart and when DD1 was just 3 we read lots of books about a new baby and some simple books on birth.  Now DD1 is 6.5 yrs old and very inquisitive about exactly how the baby is able to grow inside and not hurt my organs and then somewhat curious about the birth process.  DD2 is 3.5 yrs old and will do fine with the books I had for DD1.  For those who have older children, can you recommend any books?  I was googling and not finding much of what I was looking for- it was either low level Little Critter style books or quite complex books.

My midwife had one that I borrowed.  Let me get ahold of her to see if she can get me the name, and then I will share it with you.  It was really great!

Mom, Dad, and I Are Having A Baby by Maryann Malecki is the one my midwife uses.  It's really good, but it's out of print now. :(  I don't know if a library might have it for you to rent?

Thanks ladies.  Let me check with my local library and see if they have either book.  They can usually get books from area libraries through a network.  I also have a visit with my midwife next Thursday so I will ask her as well. She is really excited about the baby but I can tell her mind is trying to understnd it all.

For ME I show my kids my own birth and some other real births and explain things a LOT and let them ask lots of questions and I make it as non scary as possible. They're all well rounded, none are traumatized, and now, the whole birth thing is more or less boring, hahahaha!

But I think it's important that women who want their kids present at the birth- especially if it's natural, give them some real visual examples of what a real birth is like- because it's not always quiet and happy feeling. Kids have questions and sometimes they want to know right in the middle of a contraction or pushing and dont understand why mom is crying out or in pain or why there is blood.

When my water broke with Emmalia (my 6th) I exclaimed "My water just broke...!" and my 11 yr old asked, "What does water broke mean, what does waterbroke mean?" Of course I couldnt answer because it was all downhill from there, but my husband and the attendant was able to help her and five minutes later Emma was out- but most of the process was familiar to her because we have watched SO many of my other birth videos as well as others I felt were suitable (youtube) and even horse births and dog births, cat births. :)

Sometimes, mom's can be the BEST teacher on those things! Bathtime is a great time to have a heart to heart too. Everything is exposed and you can explain how we have a bellybutton, how we breathe and how air gets to the baby... what our breasts are for, etc.
