Green Smoothie Diet

Please forgive me if this has already been posted. I searched but there were so many hits I had trouble wading through all the information.

 

Has anyone tried a green smoothie diet, where you ONLY eat greens and fruit?

 

If so, how did it work for you? Did you feel good? Did you feel like you were getting enough protein? Would you recommend it to others? I've read a lot of links that say its the healthiest way to eat but I'd like to hear from people who have actually done it.

So you ONLY eat green veggies and fruit, blended up? No additional protiens (from dairy or other) or fats?

I do green smoothies as PART of my diet and love them. But no way no how would I feel like I was getting everything I needed without adding more than straight up greens and fruit.
