Starting to vax at almost 2

My daughter has never had a vaccine. I am feeling ready to start vaccinating, and want to get the following vaccines:

Dtap

PCV

HIB

*Possibly* MMR, undecided right now.

Anyone have suggestions on a schedule?

I'm considering something similar for my 18 month old.

1) Hib - only 1 shot needed.  Cultured in tetanus toxoid, so in theory, we're testing reaction to tetanus toxoid.

2) Prevnar - only 1 shot needed (at 2).  Cultured in diphtheria toxoid, so in theory, we're testing reaction to diphtheria toxoid.

3) DTaP - 3 shots, 6 months apart.  In theory, if there is a reaction, it should be to pertussis since we've tested the prior 2.

MMR is not likely, due to the human fetus tissue issue.

We had MMR late becasue fo KAwasaki desea and as reauslt of it we only needed one shot. It went fine.

I had mumps, it was not fun.
