The BELLY PHOTO Thread - Page 10

Here I am about a week ago, at 20 weeks!

Oh, and a question for the ladies who have had children: When did your belly button pop out??  I want mine to sooo bad! I think it's the cutest thing ever!

With my first  it took a long time to pop out... not until well into the third tri.  With my second it was out maybe halfway through and never fully went back in.  So this time around it stuck out almost immediately.

I love you for that statement!

My bellybutton never popped last time. I had a really deep bellybutton though, it just ended up almost flattening out. It never really got back to the way it was and I'm expecting it to pop this time. When I'm sitting down, it almost pops out and if I press my hands on my belly it does pop.

Oh! My siser had a bellybutton ring for 10 years and when she was 6 months took hers out and now the piercing is a stretched hole. lol It looks like a gauged ear piercing that is trying to shrink back. I'm SO glad I didn't pierce my navel. lol By the way, I can't WAIT to camp this summer!

Yup, that's what my belly button piercing looks like.  SO not worth it!

Here is my belly a little after 18 weeks.. I usually don't show until around 24 plus but I think eight months between pregnancies has made a huge difference.

Beautiful pics, everyone! Crazykittymomma, I love the fairy pic. :)

Okay, Jaimee, seriously?! My tummy wasn't that good looking *before* I got pregnant. Sigh...

Thanks Amanda!  This is my "morning tummy" but my "evening tummy" is much larger!  lol.gif  I take the pics in the morning to keep as consistent as possible and so there is more light.  I just added a progression from 12-18 weeks.  I can really see a difference between 16 and 18 weeks!  I bet by 20 I'll have really popped.  I think back to my first pregnancy and recall that no one could tell I was pregnant at all when I went in for my 20 week sono.  I was still wearing regular clothes.   So much for my abs...

I don't think you have to be worrying about your abs.  ;)  My stomach was totally flat before I got pregnant, but the moment I poas it's like everything releases and I have a round little belly.  It doesn't help that I gain a ton of weight right off the bat!  Luckily my body has always gone back pp, hopefully it'll recover this time too!

I really need to take a new pic, I've totally slacked off with this pregnancy.

That was just with my sister. I think every person with a piercing is different, but my sister still can't wear hers. lol

I got my very first stretch mark where my naval piercing was.  I was 18 and SO horrified by it.  I was convinced that I would just pop right back down to my size 3's and have no flab, stretch marks, or weight gain and just put the ring right back in...I am VERY genetically prone to stretch marks, though, my mom got them bad, and I even had them as a teenager when my breast and legs grew.

I know!! In the evening I feel like a whale, but in the morning I'm like "OK, I'm not THAT big yet."  BTW, Jaimee, you look UNBELIEVABLE.  I couldn't wear my regular clothes by 12 or 13 weeks (I also got really, really bloated in the beginning) and this is my first child!  The fact that you look like that -- AND it's not your first pregnancy -- well, I'm loathe to admit just how jealous I am of you.  I dream of wearing button and zip-fly jeans/shorts.  I've been wearing full-panel maternity wear for the last 2 months!

I gained a ton of weight immediately, too.

Thanks Katie!  That's really sweet.   love.gif   If it makes you feel any better I have since retired the shorts in my 16 week pic.  The other shorts are extremely low riding so they sit below the bump.  Otherwise I mostly wear stretchy top skirts.
