The BELLY PHOTO Thread - Page 16

Not being able to run took a little toll on my mood, because I had nothing for that endorphin booster except for crying. lol So, needless to say, I can't wait until I can run a routine 4 miles 5 days a week.

I am walking at 24% grade at 2mph. It keeps me sane! :)

I actually think there are three or four sets, though two of those mamas are very active here.

All of y'all look so great!  I need to take another picture, I've only done one.  I'm excited about all of the twins too, it's so neat!

I had to stop running/walking on our treadmill becuase I was peeing myself.  Even if I was empty and took many breaks to pee again and again, I would still leak drop by drop with the impact.  So a few weeks ago, we bought an elliptical from Craigslist!  I am in love with it. Now I can get a great workout, with zero impact and zero peeing! Sheepish.gif  It'll be great post-partum too; I think I'll be able to get back to exercising sooner than I could otherwise.

Do some squats, mama! They help tighten that pelvic floor. I gotta be careful when I sneeze or laugh if I haven't made a trip to the bathroom in 30 minutes or more or I pee........ Sheepish.gif

DItto, Becky!  Abraisme just posted a really great article about squats vs. Kegels.  Could you post it here, too, Abra?

Yeah, I don't kegel ever since I visited the Whole Woman site. I have some real pelvic prolapse issues, which I can manage but not fix...  I'm just completely happy that I can exercise without peeing! Yay!

I wish I would have been better about taking belly photos in the last month! I'm not sure how much more time I have! I had DH take a picture of my bump today (complete with hospital gown and huge diaper/pad thing to catch my waters! Sexy!) so at least I'll have that - but probably won't share that one! ROTFLMAO.gif
