Temp Charting help :)

Hello :)

My DS is 14 months old, I am breastfeeding and I have not had my first PPAF yet. I was wondering if I can chart my temp while nursing? I would love any help, advice or support!! :)

I temp while nursing. No matter when DD has woken me up, I always temp at 6:30. Sometimes I will have slept the 3 hours you're supposed to, sometimes I've been asleep less than a half hour. My temps have a definite pattern. There are plenty of other moms who do it too. Check out the Nursing Mamas TTC thread.

Same here. I temp at the same time no matter if I was woken up right before. I do have a very clear pattern.
