LSUtwinMama has inspired me to try and bf  the twins  and i was wondering if anyone knew how long it would take for energy drinks to get out of my system so its safe to nurse?

I don't have an answer for you for the energy drink, but I wanted to wish you luck with breastfeeding! I had a really traumatic birth experience with my twins and breastfeeding really helped me bond with my girls.

Having twins is exhausting, but I promise you it does get easier.

Energy drinks are just high caffiene, so I wouldn't worry at all - I can drink a whole pot of strong tea in the morning, with no problems.  Good luck!
