Not enough milk : How to deal during night?

I need advice on how to deal with not having enough milk for my 9 month old. I have been struggling since his birth regarding supply, and have tried everything, so I am not really trying to address that issue. I do need thoughts on how to help my babe through the night. We co-sleep and he is constantly nursing throughout the night, often getting upset because he is hungry.  I do not have any milk stored up, so I can not give him a bottle.  He is eating food and during the day he eats just fine.  I do not know what to give him at night, besides my breast. He has food allergies and I can not give him milk (cow, goat, raw) and I have yet to find a formula I would feed him.  What would you do? I guess I could feed him some food, but that would completely wake him up.

Some people have told me that their babies are fine going without feeding during the night. My little guy is an eater. He needs to eat often and a lot.

Anyway, I am hoping for some ideas. Thanks!

Can you up his solids intake during the day?  He should be able to physically go through the night without food or milk.  Maybe he's thirsty or teething?  You could always try a sippy cup with water during the night if BF doesn't seem to be satisfying him.  My son was still nursing frequently during the night well past the age of 1, but I'm certain it was for comfort rather than nourishment.  He's 2 now, but at some point I started offering him water during the night because otherwise he'd just nurse forever & it was driving me crazy.  After that he'd nurse a bit, ask for water & then maybe nurse a bit more to get back to sleep.
