I eliminate wheat, dairy, eggs and peanuts and want to do so e "nourishing traditions" modifications. For most grains it says you can soak in water and lemon juice if you have dairy allergies but it doesn't say that for quinoa...there is no noted whey substitution. Can I just use water and lemon juice? Then do you rinse them first?
