Stuffy Ear

My ear has been stuffy on and off for the past week.  Wehn I wake up its clear but then shortly after it closes, like in higher altitude.  The acupuncturist got it to open but shortly after it closed again.  I have no pain, but it's irritating not being able to hear as well.  Any thoughts?

I wish I had a solution for you.  I've had this in both ears since Monday and nothing is helping.  The pressure is driving me insane and I can't hear.  I have been to the doctor, twice, and essentially I just have to wait it out.

Steam helps relieve some of the pressure.

This happens to me throughout the year. For me it's related to allergies. Unfortunately I have yet to find a good way to get rid of it
