MamatoD:  keep us posted!

Ooh, sounds promising, MamatoD! Rather than "talk you down" I'm thinking...test again tomorrow! thumb.gif

Thanks for the info re: B6, I have also heard that it can cause some issues with a lot of people.

Anyone have any experience with Maca while nursing?

Because I've never had problems with my cycles before I'm thinking I just need to be patient. However, I just don't want to be! redface.gif This is my third pp AF - 2nd time tracking my cycle. I was hoping for at least a step in the right direction and I did O one day earlier...but my cycle was shorter too so it didn't make a difference.

AF found me. Damn. Can I please be moved to waiting to o?

Also I am being tested for my progesterone levels. I was given paperwork for bloodwork. He said to test around ovulation and then right before I get my period. Does this make sense? When should progesterone levels be the highest?

OMG!  Yay MamatoD!  I hope this is it for you!  I agree w/PP, test again (w/FMU)!  I would probably test every day until it was dark enough to be sure...but then that probably makes me a bad influence, lol.  Also, don't feel bad for not having the same amount of 'willpower' to stay away from tests as others, or at least me...I normally test like a mad woman, but for some reason I'm scared to these last few days, lol.  So you're the brave one in my eyes.

Carmen358, filadeluna mentioned taking maca on page 2...so hopefully she can give you some info on that.

finsmom I have no personal experience with progesterone tests, but by this chart, it seems that progesterone is at it's highest at the midpoint between O and AF http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Progesterone_during_menstrual_cycle.png

I'm in the 2ww, however got a big temp drop today (12dpo) so not hopeful anymore. boo.

I am 15DPO here, CD 30...I had to fight myself pretty hard to not test this morning.  Today is the day FF projected I would get AF.  Although last month I got it on CD 34, but I think that was a fluke from have a nasty stomach bug and Dd nursing like a newborn!  So, I am trying to be patient.  My temps are still up.  MamaToD, keep us posted!  Bugglette you too!

Thanks Bugglette!

Alright, this morning i tested again and I'm feeling a *little* more confident I'm not going crazy. By bedtime last night I was fairly convinced this was all in my head, but this morning I tested expecting a stark white BFN and again I see something. I tried to get a picture, but it is still really hard to see so, if you guys can't see it I wouldn't be surprised. Holy crap.. I'm super excited. The second line is really faint, have to look at the screen a certain angle.

                ^^

I have one FRER leftover from previous months, I think I'm going to try to wait until the weekend to use it, as long as this doesn't turn out to be a fluke or bad batch of tests. Also, I can't really expect my DH to be able to see this line, so I'm hoping for something more substantial before I tell him. ahhh!!

Wow Ava's mom! I'm super impressed you haven't tested yet, as you can see I can't stop at this point. If this is your month your a lot less likely to have any problems with squinty tests and lines you think you're imagining. I've got my fingers crossed!

Buglette, I don't feel very brave, I feel extremely nervous and a little neurotic, but whats done is done. I really see the wisdom of waiting to test, I hope your waiting pays off for you!

Hugs to Finsmom on AF and Wendlynnn on the temp drop!

I'll be checking back in later, probably so I don't try to take another three tests today, but thanks for the encouragement everyone at least I don't have to feel crazy in silence!

MamaToD that is great news!  I am starting to feel a little more impatient about testing, but I am staying strong, or at least pretending I am strong!  Am I crazy for trying to wait until 18 DPO??!!  Its only 3 days from now, but it feels like an eternity!

MamaToD! I see the line! Yay! Keep yourself busy today! Looking forward to seeing that line get a bit darker! Wooooooooo!

MamatoD - I think I see it - hope it get's nice and dark!

AFM - Temp way up this morning. fingersx.gif When should I test? I'm only 13 dpo but the last few cycles my lp has been like 11 days so I expected af yesterday.

MamatoD, yay!!! I could see the line even on my iPhone!! Make sure you post your darkening lines too... BFPs are like pornography to me, haha!!

Ava's Mama, you have the patience of a saint! You must be so excited... Can't wait too see your blaring BFP!

AFM, I'm 5dpo-ish (no chart, going by OPK and CM) and today at work I was very crampy, especially on the right side... it radiated all down my leg too. With my past 2 dc I had implantation spotting, nothing yet this month!! Also, being a midwife and TTC is torture! smile.gif

Wendlynnn Since the 18DPO recommendation is based on a 15 day LP, I would say you should test at 14DPO.....so tomorrow......DOOOO ITTT!!!  winky.gif

Thanks everyone.. I'm feeling like I may actually be totally be pregnant. I told my husband and showed him the test and he seemed slightly skeptical.. he kept saying *if* we are having another baby and then fill in the blank. Well I'm glad I'm not going completely crazy, I'm really looking forward to seeing some nice dark lines in the next few days, then I'll feel more confident. If I get a nice line in the morning I'll post again for all of those who are wanting some BFPP (bfp pornography a la blissful_maia.. haha that cracked me up, because I get excited about others BFP pics as well.

Ava's Mom If your temp is still up tomorrow, I would totally test then. I think you've been more than patient.

Yay for the temp jump Wendlynnn! I say test tomorrow as well, but then again I started testing at 7dpo, so I have no self control. Good luck!

Yippee Mamato D!  That is great!  Temp is still up today, but I didn't test.  We are working on night weaning and when I got up to pee at 4:15 with my DD I was so tired the idea of trying to get the stuff out overwhelmed me.  Then I had yoga at 6:30...wow that kicked my but!  Anyways, I have been super weak today and had to rest twice at hot yoga this morning, normally I sweat a lot but don't feel like I am going to pass out.  I think I will test tomorrow if AF doesn't show up today.  I am amazed at my patience as well!  Today is 16 DPO!  But I am still nervous because last month I got AF on cycle day 34 (today is 31).

I think my first PPAF may have started this morning! YAY! I may be jumping the gun and getting too excited too early, but if I'm Oing then at least I can ttc. I had a small amount of blood in my panties this morning (tmi?) so I hope this is not just a teaser.

I'm enjoying reading others' posts/journeys. GL Ava's Mama & MamatoD!

I'm officially calling it a BFP! No squinting or special lighting needed to see the line on this mornings test. Here is my BFP progression as promised.Starting at 8dpo going to 10dpo!

Wow, I'm feeling happy and I'm really looking forward to seeing some more nursing moms join in the December DDC! Thanks for the encouragement everyone, I really appreciate it!

Congrats to those with first PPAF, I saw some were posting in the March thread as well.

Ava's Mom please test ASAP.  Last weekend when I was doing some gardening and kept feeling dizzy when I would stand up so I'm sure your Yoga exhaustion is related.

biggrinbounce.gifMamatoD  let me know when you want me to move you to the graduates list and I will be waiting for that BFPP orngbiggrin.gif

Ooh, tired and fainty...could be a sign of PG Ava's Mama!!  Fainty is as pretty sucky sign, but it's a sign!!  I'll be stalking for your test results!

texasfarmom I think on a TTC board there is not much us women consider TMI, lol.  That is so exciting that you are getting your first PPAF!!

AFM  All the symptoms I've been experiencing lately (increased sense of smell, nausea, cramps, fatigue) are all gone today, most disappeared yesterday.  I've only got some slight pulling sensations that get worse when I cough.  I didn't temp today or yesterday, so I don't know what's going on there.  I did get A LOT of much needed sleep last night, which is probably why I'm not tired. I fell asleep right after putting Kaleb down at 8pm and woke up at 6:30.   I'm not super optimistic, but I will still test tomorrow morning if AF doesn't show before then. smile.gif

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!
